About You:

Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will work as an ICT Business Analyst supporting the delivery of business and technology solutions across multiple enterprise systems and digital initiatives. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project delivery, including requirement elicitation, process mapping, system documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.

A Day in the Life:

As a Business Analyst your daily tasks includes:

· Working with users to formulate and document business requirements.

· Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality behavior.

· Experience with programming languages (eg. SQL, javascript, C, python) – desirable

· Deliver and contribute to successful projects within agreed parameters of scope, time and cost

· Using project management methodologies, principles, and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resources, and manage projects.

· Participated in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and workflow changes.

· Prepare process flow diagrams and functional documentation.

· Conduct data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI.

· Work collaboratively with business users, developers, and support teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

· 2 years of Proven experience as a Business Analyst within logistics, warehousing, or a related industry.

· Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

· Ability to collaborate and work positively and effectively as part of a team
