A day in the life

As an In-store Visual Merchandiser for Ghanda Clothing, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Establishing and maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising
  standards to maximise store shopability and profitability
• Executing and adapting visual merchandising memos, in line with Ghanda Clothing’s creative direction, to optimise return on floor space and generate consumer interest
• Planning, coordinating and executing seasonal updates
• Analysing product performance to refine store-specific merchandising decisions
• Providing on-the-floor training and coaching to retail team members on visual
  merchandising fundamentals

About you

We’ll know you’re the one if you’re someone with:

• Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising and inventory control, ideally in a fashion retail setting
• Commercial acumen and proactive operational troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
