About you

We are searching for an organised, enthusiastic and talented product developer to join our team. This role is suitable for anyone with garment, product or fashion experience and will be responsible for getting our amazing Ghanda ranges here. This is a varied role where you will learn many aspects of the business. The desired candidate will have the ability to communicate with our suppliers daily, drive our garment fits and problem solve and production issues. 

A day in the life

As a PRODUCT DEVELOPER you will be responsible for:

• Costing all Ghanda products
• Deliver exceptional product and identify production improvements
• Regular reporting on production status & timelines
• Build supplier relations through regular communication
• Manage Critical Path dates & Shipping timelines to ensure on-time delivery of our range

An ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will have:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant tertiary qualifications & experience within the retail industry 
• An exceptional eye for detail
• Excellent understanding of garment & accessories construction & production
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Can-do attitude & willingness to learn and work with others
