About you:
Customer service experience is helpful, but not essential - the ideal candidate will:
- Have exceptional communication skills and a desire to provide solutions to customer needs
- Have high attention to detail
- Have a willingness to learn and help in all aspects of role when required

- Contribute positively to team environments

A day in the life:
As a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting with customer enquiries via telephone, email and Live Chat
- Resolving customer queries relating to Store and Online Order experiences
- Providing administrative support to our Online Packing Team
