About you:
The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate analytical thinking, a willingness to get involved in different tasks, and one or two of the following:

- Computer knowledge (especially excel or accounting software proficiency)

- Retail or customer service experience

- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to new environments

- Sport / academic / cultural involvements and achievements

- Experience in payroll would be advantageous but not essential

A day in the life:
As a PAYROLL OFFICER your daily tasks will include:

- Completing weekly payroll timesheets, process leave requests and allowances

- Monitoring the payroll inbox and processing weekly pay runs

- Assisting with online store enquiries and customer service

- Answering phone calls and email enquiries

- Preparing reports for management
